Made Zucchini Fritters using my food chopper
I believe I will grate the old fashioned way next time.
yummy easy peasy meal, a few chopped (mushed) zucchini.
garlic, salt and pepper to taste, a tiny bit of celery salt
even smaller amount of cajun season. 1 egg and a chopped
tomato all mushed together, fried in a smidgen of olive oil
and served up with Vidalia Onion dressing on
